Move-Out Procedures - Wichita Falls Self Storage

(1) Text or Email Us a Photo of Your Space

Take a photo of your 'broom clean' unit and send it to (940) 386-1146 or info@wfselfstorage.com with the Space # Visible (see example photo below). Please make sure the message originates from the primary phone # or email associated with your account.

(2) Close and Latch Your Unit Door

DO NOT leave your unit door open to indicate you have moved out, as this poses a flooding risk to your fellow storage neighbors.

(3) One of our team members will be in touch

We'll reach out to confirm your move-out. That's it! You're done. Thank you so much for your business.

To ensure a smooth move-out and avoid additional cleaning or disposal fees, please ensure your unit is left "broom clean" and completely empty of all contents. Per the TSSA agreement, there are no prorations or refunds for unused rent during your final month.
