Thank you for considering us for your storage and moving needs! Our family's journey in the self-storage industry is built on a simple foundation: putting the customer first. With decades of combined experience, we've learned that the best service starts with a customer-first mindset and a dedication to deliver real value for our patrons.
Our commitment to Wichita Falls started when we purchased Wichita Falls Self Storage in May of 2024. We recently had the opportunity to add Safe Simple Storage into our family of facilities. Today, we are dedicated to serving the area with two convenient, family-owned and locally-operated locations.
Our Mission
We know storing your belongings requires a lot of effort. Whether you're in the middle of moving, decluttering, or need a little extra space to store seasonal items, our mission is to be the easiest, most stress-free part of that journey.
At both our Wichita Falls Self Storage and Safe Simple Storage locations, you'll find everything you need in one convenient place. We offer a comprehensive suite of storage options, including Drive-Up units, Climate-Controlled spaces, and secure Boat and RV Parking. To complete your move, we also stock a full line of moving supplies and merchandise. As an authorized U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer, we can also handle all your truck and trailer rental needs!

We understand that accessing storage convenience doesn't always fit into standard business hours. That’s why we offer complete online rentals from start to finish.
You can secure your space, sign your agreement, and gain immediate access to the facility, day or night. Our ID verification process ensures you get convenience without ever compromising security. Once you arrive at your unit, you will find a Welcome packet from our Management Team and a complimentary lock waiting inside your space, making your move-in truly seamless.

Our main office is located at the Wichita Falls Self Storage facility:
- 5432 Southwest Pkwy, Wichita Falls, TX 76310 (Directly across from the Memorial Stadium, west of Barnett Road).
The Safe Simple Storage facility is located about a mile west of the new Memorial High School, just north of Seymour Highway (slightly west of where Seymour Highway and Kell Boulevard join). While this facility does not have a dedicated office, we are always a phone call away if you'd like a tour!
